Ferdi Kryeziu together with his friends, Selmir, Elmedin and Jeton were not going to let their dreams fade away.
They strongly believed that one day they will be masters of their own in the field of product and metal processing.
These 4 youngsters are returnees from Macedonia, accompanied by their families. Upon their return, they have
experienced and faced many difficulties and struggles. Nevertheless, despite all of circumstances, they still had
a dream which should not be outshined.
In September 2020, the 4 youngsters became part of the MPFT project enabled by UNCHR and implemented by the Advancing Together. Four of them were trained in professional modules of metal processing and welding with a thoughtful mentoring and training professor Mr.Jeton Gashi. They adored this course so much that they did not want to finish it. In the meantime, they were still striving to make their dream a reality by finding a modality to practice this profession.
Upon the joint cooperation/mediation of AT, private companies and Mr.Jeton Gashi, Ferdi, Selemiri, Elmedini and Jeton have become part of the leading iron processing company VamTrade since October 2020. Being very happy and grateful for the assistance provided by AT, UNCHR and Vam Trade, the four youngers highlighted that: “We have a profession and a job that we have always wanted; we can create any product that our heart desires while others may envy us”, concluding with smiley faces and eyes full of gratitude.
